Book 1 - Murder on Trevellan Island
A former Oxford academic. A Cornish village with long memories. A death that doesn't quite fit.

Dr Ellie Talbot came to Trevellan to stop noticing things. She didn't manage it. With Scout at her side she is drawn into investigating a murder despite her better judgement.

Murder on Trevellan Island is a cozy mystery set on the Cornish coast — the first in the Trevellan Bay Mysteries series.

Book 2 - Murder at Gull's Point
Peter Polmear asked one question about the lighthouse grant.

Two days later he was dead at the foot of the cliffs.

The village calls it an accident.

Ellie Talbot calls it wrong.

And the tide is covering tracks faster than she can read them.

Book 3 - The Smuggler's Secret

When a developer uncovers stone-lined tunnels beneath the Tregarren estate, Oliver Grant wants them explored properly. Two days later, he’s dead, and the collapse that killed him was no accident.

Ellie Talbot reads the rubble the way she reads everything: methodically, one variable at a time. Behind a wall sealed twelve years ago, the tunnels hold a secret the village chose not to see.

And in a smuggler’s manuscript, Ellie finds a notation system that could prove she was telling the truth all along. One murder to solve. One buried tragedy. And proof that changes everything.

Book 4 - The Christmas House Murder

A winter storm. A coastal house. A death the guests would rather not discuss.

Called to Penharrow House during a December gale, Ellie Talbot finds a researcher dead and her fellow guests insisting it was natural causes. The police can’t get through, and everyone is being terribly, precisely reasonable.

But Scout won’t cross the kitchen threshold, and a hidden staircase connects the house in ways the polished story can’t explain. Trapped by the storm, Ellie must choose: keep the peace, or tell the truth.

Book 5 - Death in the Caravan Park

The summer fair has come to Trevellan, and with it a fortune teller who sees more than she should.

When Madame Celeste is found dead in her caravan among tarot cards, chalk symbols and a white gull feather, the police suspect someone from the travelling fair. But Ellie Talbot sees what they don’t. The tarot spread is wrong, and the smuggler’s marks on the floor could only have been carved by someone local.

Now Ellie must find the truth before the fair leaves town.
